MAESTRI Tannery’s Baby Calfskin Suede products are crafted by first processing the pickled skins into crust. The hides then undergo a white tanning process to ensure color uniformity. Before the suede buffing process begins, the skins are compressed to create an even color finish.

After completing the white tanning process, the skins undergo a primary quality inspection, followed by dyeing and drying stages. Even after the final drying phase, each hide undergoes a rigorous quality check, ensuring only the finest-grade skins are selected for production.

Handling calfskin requires a highly technical and meticulous process, which results in an exceptionally fine texture and remarkable durability.
