Baby Calfskin Suede produced by the Italian tannery MAESTRI begins with skins in a pickle state, which are processed into crust leather before undergoing white tanning to maintain uniform color consistency. Prior to the suede buffing process, the skins are compressed to achieve an even and consistent tone.

After the white tanning process, the skins undergo an initial inspection before proceeding through dyeing and drying stages. Even after the final drying process, only skins that pass strict quality control are selected, and the finished product is completed through an extended and meticulous production process.

Because working with calfskin requires highly technical and delicate craftsmanship, the resulting leather offers a refined texture, precision in finishing, and excellent durability that allows it to maintain its premium condition over time.
