The production begins with the hides in a pickled state, and over a two-week process, the crust is developed. During the initial quality inspection, the hides are selected based on thickness, grade, and size.
After this first selection, the hides undergo a basic dyeing process, followed by the application of a light coating to achieve uniform color. The surface is then sealed through a fixing process to complete the finishing.
