STANDARD MA-1
Based on the structure of the MA-1, it has been newly engineered with proportions suited to leather and the brand’s own sense of balance.
Vertical panels are aligned with the lower rib line to define the overall framework, while slanted welt pockets and exposed snaps are applied. The plating color of the front zipper and the utility pocket zipper is unified with the snaps to create a controlled, cohesive impression.
Action pleats, not found in the original MA-1, are added to enhance mobility. This decision reflects consideration of the material’s characteristics, and the back panel construction has been reconfigured to better suit a leather jacket.
The hem and cuffs use ribbed fabric, knitted with double spandex yarn at high density to improve shape retention and durability.

Using FULL GRAIN premium vegetable lambskin, popularly vegetable lambskin products will have relatively thin and rough touch, but on the other hand, HUGO VEGETABLE LAMBSKIN has a solid texture, moisture touch and strong durability.
Vegetable (tannin type) is a very traditional way of tanning with vegetable dye and is also eco-friendly, tannin type has characteristics of showing the layers of natural leather clearly and ages beautifully.
*NOIR LARMES tries best to implement and express the best color we can pull out from a vegetable lambskin, so we dye it with jet black, but new products may seem like it is dark black, Although it is just natural and will turn slowly in to matt black as it ages from PATINA phenomenon.
