This jacket was developed by first defining the material and building the design around its inherent characteristics.
The construction centers on panel work, with each division positioned in consideration of the fading process. A lowered horizontal upper panel shifts the visual weight downward, while vertical panels refine and structure the overall impression. Although the structure could naturally accommodate a stand collar, a precise regular collar was applied to maintain a more restrained atmosphere.
To prevent the lower silhouette from losing balance when unzipped, the back is engineered with segmented panels without elastic banding. Action pleats are added to the back for mobility, and square cuffs with a single snap provide a clean, controlled finish at the sleeve hem.
NOIR LARMES collaborated with Italian tannery Only Frank to create a distress effect based on vegetable tanning using eco-friendly raw materials, characteristic of Asportato Full Grain Vegetable Lambskin is that it has excellent quality and non-artificial roughness compared to Asportato Lambskin which is tanned with chrome (chemical dye).
After proceeding with ground dyeing of the front and back of the leather with color scheme of Asportato article, by mixing a chemical and color dye and spraying the hidden part that can be erased with acetone you can present a ground color from the hidden part of the leather by using chemicals in the desired area, in addition by peeling off the surface color you can create more natural and vintage effect.
Using Full Grain Premium vegetable lambskin, vegetable (tannin type) is a very traditional way using vegetable dye with tanned with hand using eco-friendly materials producing results of bold thickness, solidity, moist touch, and strong durability, most of all it ages beautifully boasting each layer of natural leather.
