STANDARD A-2 JK (2T-BR)
Based on the structure of the traditional A-2 flight jacket, modern functionality has been added. The front features jetted pockets with sufficient depth for practical storage, along with action pleats that enhance mobility. The original collar stand has been removed to refine and balance the neckline proportion.
To maintain a stable lower silhouette even when the zipper is left open, the back is constructed with segmented panels without elastic banding. The hem and cuffs are finished in the same leather, reinforcing material continuity while strengthening overall durability.
At Noir Larmes, the ALTO-type article HUGO TAMPONATO Vegetable Lambskin has been developed through a 17-year collaboration with the Italian tannery Only Frank, and is supplied on an exclusive basis.
It is made from premium full-grain vegetable lambskin. While conventional vegetable lambskin tends to be relatively thin with a rough touch, HUGO TAMPONATO Vegetable Lambskin features a substantial thickness, offering a firm structure along with a supple, moist hand feel and enhanced durability.
The SPRAY TAMPONATO article inherits the artistry of traditional tamponato finishing, while incorporating modern technology to minimize quality variations that can occur in irregular hand-applied processes.
Using high-precision finishing machines, it accurately simulates the delicate brush-like touch and gradient effects. Rather than a simple spraying method, it precisely controls micro-level pressure, spray angle, and rotation speed to achieve a deep, flowing color expression reminiscent of a craftsman’s hand.
